We want you to love your Passion Planner, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your planner or accessory is in brand new, resellable condition and was purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
